You can issue refunds by navigating to a specific registrant's detail page and clicking on the 'Refund' button. Refunds are issued with 5-10 business days.

What is Stripe and why do they charge a fee for each transaction?

Stripe.com is an industry-leading payments processor that Regg has integrated with to help you collect fees from your registrants. Stripe's fees for payment processing vary by country; in the UK the fees are 1.5% + 20p for Standard UK cards and 1.9% + 20p for Premium UK cards. In the US the fees are 2.9% + 30¢.
